Will the proposed limits of each air-borne contaminant in the plant exhaust be available?

We need an estimate of the concentrations of each air-borne contaminant that will be released under normal plant operation with all engineering controls functioning.

Fairly low concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide will contribute signigicant foul odors to plant exhaust, not to mention toxic effects that may be experienced by residents in the vicinity.
