I am deeply opposed to this proposal. Greenfield is located beside the Thames Ruver, a major watershed for the Great Lakes region and the potential for a large disaster is simply too big to ignore. I am not an activist by any definition, but this one scares the daylights out of me.
This may be the only opportunity the ministry gets to pre empt this.
