Please DO NOT pass this bill as is. This Bill would repeal the Toxics Reduction Act and amend multiple provincial statutes, including the Planning Act. I am from the Walkerton area. #neverforget. Lives were lost and people are scared with life-long afflictions from that mess. All because the Harris government wanted to cut corners and save cash. Please reconsider!
