These amendments are step in the right direction but they do nothing to address the wind turbine problems in Chatham-Kent.
1) Rural water well disturbances. Clean water for rural usage is absolutely essential.
2) Since wind turbines are distributed all over Chatham-Kent we have electricity disturbing our local radio stations. What is it doing to humans, dairy & beef cattle?
