My only concern is the comment indicating that information about the Licencees will be available to the public.
What information? I have a license and I do NOT want my personal information available to the public. I do not feel that anyone needs to know where I live or my phone number. I have a license for work and it's required, so I do not have a choice to have one. But I should be able to decide if my information is public or not.
