My only concern is the comment indicating that information about the Licencees will be available to the public.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to inform you that the OGSA supports the modernization of the pesticide licensing system. We would like to go on record that we do wish to be consulted as the MOECC moves forward with amendments to O. Reg. 63/09. - Thank You.

The Ontario Vegetation Management Association (OVMA) represent professionals in vegetation management in the public works sector in Ontario.

We support changes to make pesticide license renewal easier and more accessible. The information provided regarding the changes to the Pesticide Act that would allow greater transparency with the public is vague.
