Do not pass into law this new regulation - 'open-for-business' is inappropriate language for government, the premise makes assumptions that circumvent and diminish more important realities - a diverse and healthy biosphere with clean water and habitat for the wide variety of animals that live in Ontario, not just 'business' people offering 'jobs' who don't want accountability or regulation. What a failure of imagination! Stop this philosophy making any more gains in our culture.
