Please stop dismantling the environmental polices in Ontario. We have already been forced to abandon the Cap and Trade system which was much better than a carbon tax and now you are proposing cutting emission reporting requirements.
There are much more economic savings to be gained by providing less incentives to the oil and fuel industry than by cutting out the reporting keeping them in check. Please check your priorities and begin thinking long term about my future children.
Take money being funneled into fossil fuels and begin investing more in renewable energy. Stop this ridiculous attack on environmental policy and blame the economy for it. You cant drink oil, you cant eat money and you cant breathe pollution.
We need stringent standards and caps on polluters, beyond what the federal levels are.
