I would like to see the government partner more with non profit organizations to build a multifaceted community space. What I mean is to give more options to residents who lives there community. In this case, to partner with habitat for humanity as well as options for Home for those who would like to own a home at affordable price. As well provide the rest of space as a low income rental. Create a plan to have the low income renters and support them to build up themselves, if they the want to purchase an own a home.
