I do not understand how the drinking water for the vast population of Ontario was allowed to be put in danger from nuclear plants built on tectonic faults. The Darlington nuclear facility is very near to me, and I do not want to take the cots and burdens of the technololgy while selling power cheaply to our American neighbours ( sometimes giving it to them). I oppose any technology that we can not presently deal with the waste product in a way that will guarantee future generations protection. I am also VERY tired of the way our money is being spent. Donations from Darlington (our money) being doled out while we pay the debt retirement fee. People being fired for being incompetent at their jobs, then rehired as consultants at inflated wages. I find the whole shill game the current government is playing ridiculous. Pay now , pay later, pay again we can blame someone else after the election.
