Please, consider Fukushima-like scenarii in your nuclear accident models and review consequences like Germany or Switzerland.
There seems to be a lack of willingness to address a worst-case scenario. What about the need to increased awareness, plan for drinking water or plan for evacuation and returns? It is time to incorporate the true cost whether we like the result or not.
With a low density of population and only 14 million people, and a relatively high potential for hydroelectricity (in particular, other renewables as well), nuclear fission may not be the best option to power Ontario's future. I certainly think it isn't when there is such an abundance of land...
