I am glad you are looking at the mandate iat this time.

Science is clear that climate change will impact weather in Ontario (particularly southern Ontario) dramatically.

The conservation authority’s should have in their mandate the ability to address climate change, and advise the government on policy regarding climate change. They have front line observations and can inform the government if their policies are helping to address climate change or not.
