One of the first thing Ontario Government needs to make changes to Boards Composition. They need to outline word for word, number for number how a Conservation Authority Board is comprised of. In Niagara/Hamilton/Haldiman the issue has brought a giant mess to how the Board Functions and it pins lower tier municipalities represents against other lower municipalities.

Board should be ELECTED official and not private citizens because these Conservation Authorities are a Leveling body. It should work like the school board trustee in my opinion.

Second. The Ontario Government should out line Restoration. It should spell it out exactly in the Conservation Authority act. So Tax Payers Dollars are not spent on improving the value of one Property by building giant ponds.
