Dear Minister, I live and work in the Eglinton & Mt. Pleasant area and I strongly support the recommendations of this three year study. Our area is stressed to the maximum and their is such an enormous amount of additional strain being placed upon all our resources. The new condo and apartment buildings planned and under construction have been unjustly given such abeyances that are a travesty to our building guidelines and regulations. I can see the area deteriorating and the need to vacate the area unless adequate financial resources are put to dealing with the public utility needs and those recommended by our counselor, Josh Matlow. I urge you to do everything to remedy the deficiencies and provide for the apparent future needs. Thank You
