To Those Deciding on this Proposal and Any Others Like It I live in the Yonge/Eglinton area and have for 41 years. I have a general comment that can apply to this proposal, which just tries to treat the symptoms of the underlying real issue, and all other similar proposals. I am sick of the constant growth in the quantity of us human beings in Toronto and everywhere else. I feel that it is time to reassess the Province's growth policy. It is outdated and doesn't reflect today's reality. We don't live on a planet with endless resources. To me our growth ideology is just a Ponzi Scheme. We need to stop growing and redirect money spent on keeping up with the growth in the quantity of us to increasing the quality of everyone's life. My fear is that, if we humans don't smarten up and take action, the planet will and it won't be pretty. I feel that we are at the point where the quality of our lives in this City has peaked and is now going downhill. Cheers
