Third Party Ownership & Virtual Net Metering:
- Requirement that customer disclose to distributor (or IESO?) the terms of their contract with third-party system owner... what is the form of disclosure, and how detailed must it be? contract details or "checkboxes"?
- How is the "value provided to the grid" that connected systems contribute accounted for, and how is the system owner compensated for that value?
- Who gets the GHG credits created by energy generation from the system? How are the credits quantified and tracked?
