I've already commented on this, but since then American Iron and Steel (AIM) has openly stated they know they are impacting our community. My understanding is that the Ministry has sound limits set for American Iron and Steel to abide by as part of there ECA (Environmental Conditional Agreements). When they don't, then what? I mean it seems AIM hasn't been meeting there ECA Levels and been well over the last week or so about the 65 Decibels they are supposed to remain under. We've been getting hit with impact noise well into the 70's and 80's decibel and even some 90's. But they continue to operate and seems like they have permission from the Ministry to continue even when viola
