Conservation Authorities…

Conservation Authorities have been moving away from their initial intended mandate.

They dictate what a property owner can and cannot do with their land. This is property they do not own! If a property owner wants to improve their property or residence, they dictate their requirements resulting in their holding out greedy hands in exchange for the property owner receiving a permit. They threaten property owners with fines. Their restrictions on property they do not own, is totally unacceptable!
