I agree with allowing motorcycles to use the HOV lanes. Promoting motorcycle riding reduces pollution and they do not create traffic congestion the way cars, trucks and large vehicles do.
Also, motorcycles are already at 50% occupancy which should satisfy the “high occupancy” criteria.
