Allowing motorcycles to use the HOV lanes is a great improvement for our use of the highways. Motorcycles are environmentally friendly the take up less space, do little to no damage to the infrastructure. They should have special considerations for using the highways. Its time to recognize the positive impact they have in the world of commuting .
