5. We are MUCH less wear and tear on the road, therefore, transportation such as this should be encouraged. One way to do this is by rewarding with certain privileges such as a more efficient lane for usage.

(For what it's worth, lane filtering and lane splitting are also two other changes to consider. They are both advantageous in that they help to keep riders safe)
