Bikers should absolutely without a doubt be able to use HOV lanes in Ontario without having to have a passenger. Green vehicles, limos / chauffer service vehicles even when empty are allowed to so why not motorcycles? Cuts down the risk of idiot drivers mowing us down, gives us a bit of a barrier with the white lines (not that people always obey the rules of entering and exiting the lanes anyway) and in theory helps reduce people cutting us off or sideswiping someone while changing lanes blindly.
