I'm extremely concerned by this direction. We have had years of the OMB overruling local decisions and fast tracking the builders. This has seen uncontrolled growth and regular building over farming areas and greenspace.
We need to slow down on development and get planned growth instead of builder led chaos and overloading of capacity.
