I do not support Bill 108. We have endured the OMB and it's biased and arbitrary decisions over ruling citizens and neighbourhoods. It is not in the our interests and those of Toronto to have this Bill. We have moneyed and aggressive developers who do not take care of interests and "get it wrong". Buildings need decent sized units and we have a need for lower level buildings. Taking them down and then discovering human needs is senseless. Set backs are not being respected and although downtown areas are improving mid town are deteriorating badly. The wild west is returning.
