Since it first originated, the Ontario Municipal Board has functioned to frustrate local input into the design of communities in Ontario. In effect, the developers have almost always won and have known that they could. It is dismaying that when finally the balance was shifted to something more consistent with democracy, your government has chosen to turn back the clock and hand control back to the developers. Please withdraw Bill 108.
