I do not agree with allowing single occupant motorcycles in HOV lanes.

Double occupant motorcycles are already allowed. A recent incident in London, Ontario that involved 200 bikers traveling through the downtown area, blocking traffic and running red lights. Clearing no regard for the law. Motorcycles are hard to see, weave in and out of traffic causing unsafe driving conditions for others. The flow of traffic will deteriorate with more congestion. Tailpipe emissions will increase with more motorcycles racing down the HOV lanes.

More time and thought should be put into improving road safety by forcing all 18 wheel trucks to stay in the slow lane, thus improving traffic flow, reducing exhaust emissions and preventing deaths.
