Yes please!
Keeping motorcycle riders out of stop-and-go highway traffic is a HUGE safety win.
I've always wondered why my 2-cylinder motorcycle wouldn't qualify to ride in the HOV lane but single riders in hybrid vehicles running on gas can use it. As well, when "High-Occupancy" can be defined a single driver and a baby, I feel that there are enough special exemptions in place to justify allowing motorcycles in the HOV lane.
