I would like there to be no amendments made to the Planning Act. The proposed changes will only contribute to more urban sprawl onto farmland. Municipalities have already set aside enough land for developers to build on.
I am also very worried that theses amendments will have a negative effect on the environment because of proposed changes to the Conservation Authorities Act and the Endangered Species Act. I do not want any changes made to these two acts!
