This proposal is not viable. Placing bait next to recreational trails puts recreational users at risk of injury by creating areas of human / wildlife conflict. It’s bad enough that snares are allowed along recreational trails but this is even more dangerous.
Please stop putting guiding outfitters’ and hunters’ convenience over that of the general public’s safety.
