I reside close to the proposed site of the cement plant. I drink city water that originates from the Ottawa River. I have learned that the environmental impacts of the cement plant are alarming and very significant. Our water, our air, our soil will be severely affected. I do not want this plant in my community. Our municipality should be investing in projects that will improve the community, not destroy it. I believe the negative impacts are just too great. Lisa Jennings
