My family and I are vehemently OPPOSED to the proposal of the Colacem Canada Inc. cement plan. This project cannot be approved for health and safety reasons. As a mother and a teacher, the devastating impact this plant would have on our community is immeasurable and it must be stopped immediately. I strongly urge the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change to consider the long-lasting effect this cement plant would have on the health of our children, our elderly and all citizens of our community and beyond. Please think carefully before making a decision on this project. Many serious problems would arise if this goes forward. Thank you for your consideration and your attention.
