I find this proposal to return to an OMB extremely irresponsible of Mr. Ford and it shows how disrespectful to the citizens of the GTA and Ontarians he truly is.
Experience with development and builders has shown that residents and neighbourhoods do not matter if developers can get away without the checks and balances provided by the local government. The OMB previously proved to be under the influence of profit development and not of good planning. LPAT was a step in a better future for Toronto.
Mr. Ford is going to cause a great deal of irreversible damage in his only term as Premier if he allows this to go thru.
