I would like to voice my comment about Bill 108, especially on the proposal of having a LPAT. This is the same as OMB which is disbanded for a very good resson. I am strongly opposed bringing the process back. Also, the way the bill was fast tracked by your ministry, the secrecy, and the offer of little to no time for public cmnents is very alarming to us voters.
