It is my understanding that Bill 108 cancels environmental protection in favour of real estate development.
"Pay to kill" is the phrase being used.
Most policies require balance. No consideration of the environment in this legislation is ridiculous and will lead to unknown negative environmental consequences of any size.
Along with other concerns, this bill is so bad it should be cancelled.
