The proposed legislative changes, including reduced decision timelines, restrictions on community benefits charges, adding a layer of administrative bureaucracy and increasing ministerial jurisdiction over municipal planning affairs would benefit developers to the detriment of Ontario communities. We say "no" to the proposed legislative changes. We want to protect the responsible growth, livability and environmental sustainability of the communities where we live.
