I am pleased with the action…

I am pleased with the action taken regarding the removal of vegetation at Allenwood Beach and the painting of the oil drums used as refuse containers.

I would like to see the addition of a few benches located at various spots on the Beach extending from New Wasaga to the Eastern end of the Park. These benches would be a comfort to older citizens who enjoy walking along the Beach but do need a resting spot along the way. If there is not enough money in the Budget for these, perhaps a "memorial" bench program could be set up whereby families with many years of association with Allenwood and New Wasaga Beach could purchase a Bench in memory of a "Cottager" from the past.
