Emphasis needs to be put in the roadways, public transit in the GTO area of southern Ontario. The more homes you create you’re looking at a minimum of 2 additional cars per roadway. Oftentimes 3-4 people in each household each have a car! I see this in my neighbourhood.
Our roads especially in the Niagara area where much development is planned does not have enough roads to accommodate the future traffic.
The QEW corridor from Ford Drive to Walker is a gridlock daily. We need more Carpools, trains etc.
It’s almost like each home should have a maximum number of cars as an optional solution?
