-slow growth. We don’t need more housing we need affordable housing.
- residents of small communities want their communities to stay small. We moved to rural towns areas for a reason. Smaller schools, less amenities and less traffic. I would rather spend more on property tax to keep my community small.
- stop building up. Keep limitations on how tall building can be near the Great Lakes. Residents are loosing the horizon lines they love so much in these areas (e.g,. Grimsby).
- Keep all shorelines public access like in Hawaii. Allow residents the ability to use all shorelines and keep ownership of shoreline property to the highest waterline .
