The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA) respectfully submits the comments in the attached August 6, 2019 memorandum entitled "ERO number: 019-018, Additional Residential Unit Requirements and Standards Proposed new regulation and regulation changes under the Planning Act, including transition matters, related to Schedule 12 of Bill 108 - the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019".
RVCA's memorandum discusses the implications for privately serviced development from Ontario's "Additional Residential Units" provisions . Implications pertain to private drinking water sustainability and safety in Eastern Ontario.
