Bill 108 appears to override the City planning process and replace it with much less regulated policies. In the past the OMB frequently attempted to dismiss the City planners to such an extent that the previous Liberal Government moved ahead to reduce the powers of the OMB. Read more

I strongly object the the passing of Bill 108. Planning needs to be in the hands of municipalities. Not a central agency controlled by the Ontario government. New building and construction should not encroach of green spaces. Read more
