Please be advised that Township of Puslinch Council, at its meeting held on October 16, 2019, considered the aforementioned topic and subsequent to discussion, the following was resolved:
That Report ADM‐2019‐024 regarding The Proposed Amendments to the Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) be received; and
That Council authorize a copy of the report, inclusive of all Attachments, to be forwarded to
the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, Hon. Ted Arnott MPP, The Top Aggregate Producing
Municipalities of Ontario (TAPMO), the Association of Municipalities Ontario (AMO), and to the County of
Wellington Planning Department.
On behalf of the Mayor and Members of Council, please accept the Township of Puslinch comments (comments are included in the attached PDF document) with respect to the Proposed Amendments to the Aggregate Resources Act.
