RPRA has the experience (from the used tire program), capability and capacity to design, implement, and manage a highly efficient and effective modern digital registry. Free from the budgetary fluctuations of the MECP, RPRA will have the stability to run this new registry and continuously improve it to eliminate administrative burden on businesses.
