Missing a lot of details here. Main concern is this read like you're putting responsibility across all waste management sectors to become responsible. Really? You trust private sector? You'd be the sole one to do so. Missing information on costs. Missing information of who will be responsible for digitalization. Assumptions that this is easily done across all business sizes and locations. Need a lot more information.
