Re: ERO #019-0556, Proposed amendments to the Aggregate Resources Act
The Region of Halton prepared a staff report, "LPS117-19 - Proposed Amendments to the Aggregate Resources" (attached), which was endorsed by Regional Council on October 16, 2019. City staff concur with the feedback provided by Regional staff in report LPS117-19, and that it represents the interests of Burlington.
Please consider this submission as formal indication of Burlington’s staff support of the position endorsed by Regional Council regarding ERO #019-0556, Proposed amendments to the Aggregate Resources Act.
