This new legislation chooses business over our planet. I don't know if you know this, but if our planet is completely damaged, dug up with quarries all over the place, harming the local communities from their dust and pollution (including noise pollution) from the trucks and extraction process, then there will be no place for businesses to make money.
Let the municipalities, who know their geography best, have a say in how the land in their region is treated.
