i just read excerpts from your environmental protection bill. According to experts, the water pollution section falls far short. One of the major concerns is that repeat offenders will get off with a one time fine of $200 000 instead of the current $100 000 fine per offence. This is totally unacceptable as it means offenders can simply pay the initial fine and continue to pollute with impunity. Repeat offenders must be dealt with more harshly.
