I do not support that municipal zoning bylaws relating to depth extraction would not apply. The local municipality needs to have the final say in protecting our water via zoning.
I do not support that the haul route be determined by any other authority except the local municipality. Local elected officials and staff know their community and can make the best decisions regarding road use.
