I agree with Gravel Watch Ontario's submission dated October 30, 2019.
In addition, I believe that the legislation governing aggregate operations in Ontario should be brought into the 21st century. The Aggregate Resources Act should be scrapped and the Mining Act and all other legislation governing industry in the province should apply to aggregate operations.
