The Province must provide all when policy foundation provided by the PPS are trumped by the policies of the Growth Plan in cases where the policies conflict? In contrast, the policies of the Greenbelt Plan take precedence over the policies of the PPS to the extent of any conflict.
The mapping of study areas is a good start to a proposed Greenbelt boundary in Simcoe County. This is the last opportunity for the Province to finally take a step in the right direction in order to Protect Water for Future Generations in the outer ring. We look forward to the next step to better protect our important water features.
