Go out and ask any regular citizen if they want the provincial government to lower environmental penalties. Who gives you the mandate to do this? NOBODY wants you to remove reoccurring penalties, nobody wants cap on fines put in place. You are supposed to protecting the province, not making it easier for corporations to violate environmental laws.
